Booking Policy
- All online appointments must be booked and confirmed at least 14 days in advance.
- If you wish to schedule an appointment less than 14 days before your desired date, please contact our office directly by phone. Last-minute appointments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Age & Identification Requirements
- All clients must be 18 years of age or older.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of your appointment. Failure to present valid identification may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled.
Appointment Arrival
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and ensure your appointment begins on time.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your booking fee or additional charges.
Health & Safety
- Clients should disclose any relevant dental conditions, allergies, or medical concerns before treatment.
- Opulent Smiles reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is determined that proceeding may not be in the client’s best interest.
Treatment Results
- Veneers are cosmetic enhancements, and individual results may vary based on each client’s natural teeth, oral health, and aftercare.
- Following all aftercare instructions is essential to help maintain the appearance and longevity of your veneers.
Client Conduct
- We are committed to providing a professional and respectful environment. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
